We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If not, we offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
